America CyberSquad (ACS) Signs Memorandum of Understanding with the Ghana National Association of Private Schools (GNAPS)

America CyberSquad (ACS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Ghana National Association of Private Schools (GNAPS) to support the deployment of Scholarstika, its secure School Management Software, across participating schools within GNAPS’ network of approximately 17,000 member schools.

Designed with strong security practices at its core, Scholarstika helps schools digitize critical administrative functions while protecting sensitive student, staff, financial, and institutional data.

As part of the partnership, Scholarstika served as Title Sponsor of the recently concluded GNAPS 30th Anniversary Conference, attended by the Speaker of Ghana’s Parliament and a representative of the Minister of Education.

ACS CEO and Scholarstika Founder Akotarh Akoson attended the conference and emphasized the importance of Ghana continuing to lead Africa not only in democracy, but also in technological advancement.

“What better way to begin shaping the technological mindset of students than by introducing technology into the administration of their schools from an early stage?”

Akoson also engaged directly with Ghanaian private school owners and administrators to better understand their operational needs. He echoed the Speaker of Parliament’s call for technology solutions to be designed around local realities, reaffirming Scholarstika’s commitment to developing practical, affordable, secure, and locally relevant solutions for Ghanaian schools.
